LingoFab is owned and operated by LEO TECHNOLOGIES ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing and using LingoFab, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
As a user of LingoFab, you agree to:
Subscriptions are recurring and will renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the current billing period.
All payments made on LingoFab — including subscriptions, AI Tokens, and live tutor session bookings — are strictly non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation. Every dispute or complaint is nonetheless reviewed: email support@lingofab.in and we acknowledge within 2 business days. If a chargeback is raised with your bank or card network instead, we respond to the payment gateway's chargeback notification within the card network's mandated timeline, submitting transaction and usage evidence on its merits.

LingoFab is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
